Previous Character Sheet

General
Name: Hermione Jane Granger
Nicknames (and who is likely to use them): ‘Mione (the only ones who would likely use this are Harry and Ron, and even that’s sometimes stretching it.)
Age: 25
Birthday: 29 September 1979
Place of Residence (an address in Hogsmeade unless something else has been decided with the mods) # 33a Rowena Rd.

Appearance Hermione has curly brown hair that is quite the bird’s nest. Actually, her hair is bushy, but given that she’s not as concerned with her appearance as the average woman her age, she’s not bothered by that fact. She has chocolate brown eyes that show the depths or her soul if you know how to read her well enough. Though she’s short at five feet, four and a half inches, she gives off a persona that makes others think she’s bigger than what she actually is. She’s not beautiful in the traditional sense, but there’s something about her heart-shaped face and soft smile that makes her pretty in her own right.
Height: 5’4 ½
Weight: 138lbs
Eyes: Brown
Hair Colour & Style: Brown and bushy
Skin tone: Light
Build: Average, with a tiny bit of muscle in her arms and legs.
Distinguishing Marks: She has a tiny birthmark on her left shoulder. She also has a scar on her left knee from when she tripped and fell at Primary school when she was seven. Another scar wraps itself around her right forearm from a hex she received during the war. It has since healed and is only faintly obvious if you know where to look for it.
Dress Style: (remember that most wizards would wear robes, and that there is a war going on which might effect supplies)</b> Hermione wears mostly muggle clothing – trousers and a blouse or a more comfortable shirt is her normal wardrobe with a sweater if it’s cool outside. Occasionally, she will wear robes to fit in better.
Things they would always carry with them (optional): Her wand.

Health
Disabilities/Handicaps: None at the present time.
Health in general – both mental and physical: Hermione is in pretty good health, though she suffers from nightmares occasionally as a result of the things she’s seen and been apart of.
Other:

Personality
First Impression (others have of you): Bossy, motherly, book-worm.
General Behaviour: When most people think or look at Hermione, they see this girl who is snotty and always thinks she has the answer, but upon closer inspection, she’s much more than that. While she usually does have all the answers, Hermione is fiercely loyal; especially to those she loves and cares about. She is extremely self-motivated as is obvious by how well she did while in school and her work-ethic. She doesn’t finish a job or a project until it is completed, and if said project happens to fail (which it usually doesn’t), she keeps at it until the desired result is attained.

With her friends and family, Hermione is much more than a book-worm - as she is stereotypically labeled. She is caring and kind, and probably has the biggest heart of the bunch. Her heart is always worn on her sleeve, though, in the department of love, she can sometimes hide her true feelings. As a Gryffindor, Hermione is brave and can also be very resourceful if the need arises, but isn’t as impulsive or as rash as many of the others from her old house. She obeys the rules that are set for her to follow, but if a situation calls for it and she feels it’s necessary, she has no qualms with twisting those rules to meet her own agenda. She’s extremely clever and knows at least a little of something about nearly everything.

Hermione also has a bit of a quick temper, especially with one Ronald Weasley. It’s no secret that she habours feelings for him, but he is also the only person who seems to know just which buttons to push to get her riled up. Generally, she can be cool, calm, and collected, but when pushed enough, she can be a force to reckon with. Harry and Ro say that Hermione likes to nag. She; however, believes that if they would listen to her and listen to reason, it wouldn’t be necessary for her to repeat things over and over, thus no nagging!

Strengths: Hermione knows just about every charm and spell by heart and can recite the theory behind each particular charm word-for-word. She’s a quick-thinker, light on her feet, great at charms and transfigurations. She prefers to think first and act second, though such hesitancy from is often a nuisance for others who are the complete opposite. She is extremely smart and sharp, and can generally find a solution to nearly every problem if given ample time to think about it and research it thoroughly. Hermione is a great leader (though not in the same respect as Harry). The fact that she is goal-oriented and always striving to reach that final step is considered a strength as it shows that she never gives up. Hermione is a muggle-born witch and this, in itself, is a strength for her as she’s able to glide between the muggle world and the wizarding world with ease. Most purebloods can’t say the same for themselves and the fact that she can is a major advantage to her.

Weaknesses: She worries too much; about nearly everything and everyone she cares about. She lets things get to her and bother her, especially matters of the heart. She also doesn’t believe herself worthy of the friendships she has. These doubts stem from how anti-social and quiet she was before she met Harry and Ron. Hermione can also be emotional at times and this can prove a weakness as well for her as it can show that she isn’t nearly as strong as she appears to be. In addition, Hermione tends to focus too much on the fine and minuscule details as opposed to looking at the big picture as a whole, and this can, at times, be problematic. When it comes to actually being quick on her toes in a dangerous situation or one that calls for her to act quickly and recall things to the forefront of her mind, Hermione has the tendency to freeze up and buckle under the pressure.
Habits: She bites on her quill or her nails when she’s either nervous or buried in her studying.
Enjoys: Quiet evenings and warm tea so long as it’s coupled with a great book.
Dislikes: Loud and abrupt noises and people who chew with their mouths open. She also dislikes people who are full of themselves when they have no reason to be.
Other:

Family
Spouse/partner (if applicable): N/A
Parents: Mr. and Mrs. Granger (both deceased)
Sibling(s): None.
Children: None.
Bloodline: Muggle-born
Family History: Hermione’s parents met while they were both in their early thirties. They both had dentist practices, though Mr. Granger, as a male, had a more prominent one than Hermione’s mother. The two actually met at a conference one Spring day and decided to go out for tea that afternoon. The rest, as they say, is history as a year later they were married and two years after that, they had their daughter. Growing up, it was always Hermione and her parents as Hermione’s grandparents died before she was born. Still, her mum and dad were more than enough for her. Unfortunately, they never lived to see just all that Hermione managed to accomplish. Just a year after the start of the Horcrux hunt, Hermione's parents were murdered in an attack.
Pets: Crookshanks (part cat/part kneazle)

Social/Romantic/Sexual
Close Friendships: Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, Ginny Weasley
Known Enemies: Any and all Death Eaters or those that pose a threat to her or her friends.
Sexual Preference: Straight
Turn Ons: Red hair, obviously. Courage, intelligence, and a keen mind.
Turn Offs: Cockiness, those that lie or tell falsehoods, and people who think they’re better than anyone else.
Past Relationships: Viktor Krum, but it wasn’t much of a relationship. Currently in a relationship with Ron Weasley.
What they think about sex and love She believes that love is something to be cherished; that you’ll know when you fall in love with the right person. She also believes there are many different kinds of loves in the world. As for sex, Hermione believes that such a sacred act should only be shared between two people who love each other.
Other:

Magical
Wand Type: Vine wood, with a dragon heartstring core.10 1/2 inches.
Magical talents: Charms, Transfigurations, and Theory.
Magical weaknesses/aversions (what your character can't or won't do): Hermione’s positively rubbish at flying and refuses to do it unless she absolutely has to. She will also never result to using any of the Unforgivables. Occlumency and
Legilimency are also a weakness for her, too.
First sign of magic – when and what: Though neither Hermione nor her parents realised it, Hermione first displayed her magical ability at age eight. At that age, she was still rather short and unable to reach the books she wanted at the public library. She had tried everything she could think of until she very nearly gave up when, as if by magic, the book fell off the shelf and landed straight in her hands.
Boggart: It was once McGonagall telling her she failed everything, but now, it’s an abridged version of that. Instead of remaining strictly academically based, her Boggart is of everyone telling her she’s a failure.
Knows how to Apparate (y/n): Yes.
Knows how to cast a patronus (y/n – if yes what?): Yes and it’s an Otter.
Knows how to use the Unforgivables (y/n): In theory, but she’s never actually attempted to cast one and won’t.
Other:

Schooling:
Year: (in relation to Harry's year) The same year.
House: Gryffindor.
Other Affiliations: Dumbledore’s Army, Order of the Phoenix, S.P.E.W.
Best subject(s): Charms and Ancient Runes.
Poor subject(s): Divinations, Care of Magical Creatures, and Herbology, though only certain aspects of the latter two.
Electives s/he would have taken: She took just about every class offered at Hogwarts. She would have probably tried her hand at Astronomy or, if it had been offered as a course, one on Legilimency.
Best Mates: Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. She is also friends with Ginny Weasley, Neville Longbottom, and Luna Lovegood.
Romantic interests: She fancied Viktor Krum her fourth year and the two of them had a "thing," but nothing of consequence came out of it. She has also had feelings for Ron for as long as she can remember.
Level of education reached (do your characters have OWLs/NEWTs – none of the above? Have they gone on to some type of training? Remember that there is no wizarding uni and that there is a war going on): Hermione received her OWL examination results after fifth year, but she didn’t get the opportunity to sit for her NEWTs until after she returned from hunting down the Horcruxes. At the earliest convenience, she sat for them and passed. Since then, she has also continued to keep up with her studies and is always interested in learning as much as is humanly possible.

Other: Financial (Remember that in a war most people will not have much money – if any at all. Those who do profit from war are usually those who are willing to use exploit others. Keep this in mind when deciding on your character's monetary situation.) Very little income – all that’s left is the money her parents left her when she died and that’s only a substantial amount.
Current Occupation: Likely one of the scattered Ministry workers trying to piece together some sort of administration.
Other Occupations (side incomes, volunteer work, illegal activities): None at the present moment.
Monetary Situation: She’s comfortable at the moment, but there has been times where she’s had to ration how much she spends in a month.
Other:

Current situation
Affiliations & Organisations: The Order of the Phoenix
Faction this character supports: Publicly. She believes that the convergence of the two societies would benefit the both of them immensely. They could learn to work together and take things from each culture that could be beneficial to the human race as a whole. However, she does worry that if it happens too quickly, the movement could backfire into all their faces.
Role in the ongoing war: Hermione works with the order with locating and capturing the remaining Death Eaters. She is also a scout and goes on scouting missions whenever called to do so.

Finally
What is your character's deepest, darkest secret (one that other game characters probably wouldn't know and that he/she would prefer they didn't find out about) Also list the names of anyone who might know, or might be suspicious of this knowledge:

- Hermione’s favourite book (other than Hogwarts, A History) is Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. She read it once when she was thirteen and had wished she could live the life of Josephine March.
- Only a select few know that Hermione had blackmailed Rita Skeeter into a) not writing for an entire year. Then, nearly a year later, Hermione convinced Rita to write Harry’s true story. Only Harry and Ron know about this particular secret.
- During the battle against Voldemort, Hermione had a moment or two where she completely froze until a scream from someone near her knocked some sense back into her. The only people who know this are those who might have seen her that day.
